We can repour any bed from the old Healthdyne BX series up to the latest small diameter sieve material being used in today's oxygen concentrators. Our dedicated repouring technicians have years of experience in the repouring of sieve beds and due to the immense volume of our sieve bed business can beat any price from any company you may have been quoted.

We maintain a large inventory of cores and virgin material that allows us to turn your sieve beds around in a matter of two or three days. Many times we will have your particular model in stock allowing us to cross ship repoured beds as you ship us your used sieve bed cores the day you place your order. This allows your company to effect repairs faster and realize faster revenue generation from your oxygen concentrator inventory. Our customers realize a 50% to 60% savings over the use of factory sieve beds.

The sieve material used in our repours has been tested against all major manufacturers of sieve bed material and the material Accurate Biomed utilizes has provided a 1% to 1.5% increase in oxygen concentration levels compared to that of other manufacturers.
