Pricing Our pricing is extremely competitive. Our approach is simple: The customer only pays for services they receive. Most services we perform are based on an hourly rate plus parts. In this way we insure that only necessary work is performed to your asset. Some companies bill by services. It has been our experience that, the majority of the time, you are being charged for work that either need not have been performed or was not performed but charged. Additionally, many companies have a tendency to scrimp on the quality of replacement parts if they are held to a rigid price structure.By centering our service on our customer's needs, we find that we are able to cut their maintenance costs by a significant margin. Turn Around Time We are a fully staffed
repair facility. Our technicians have a support staff that they manage to insure
their efficiency. What that means to you is that instead of waiting weeks for
your equipment to be serviced and returned, we'll return it repaired in a few days. 90% of the
equipment we manage is returned to our customers, repaired and patient ready, within one week.
