Accurate Biomed Services Inc. upgrades Internet SiteMore content and customer interaction plannedFebruary 12, 2001 -- Accurate Biomed Services Inc. of Eagleville, Missouri announced today the expansion of an internet initiative started in December of 2000. Beside a new format that utilizes more of the technology that is prevalent on today's sites, there are new product and service announcements, better customer interaction possibilities, and faster loading pages. Ian McCullough Vice President and General Manager when asked about the new site stated, "We felt that most of the web sites we looked at in the industry were really 'on-line brochures'. We wanted the opportunity to provide our visitors a way to easily contact our company. Now in almost every area there are forms devoted to the visitor commenting or asking questions and on virtually every page there is an email link that will auto respond to our systems here in Eagleville immediately. We will rely on this input to steer the direction of the site in the future. Plans are being drawn up right now for even more user interaction including order placement, tracking and resolution."
