Accurate Biomed Services Inc. announces Internet Presence

Expanding their national presence

December 15, 2000 -- Accurate Biomed Services Inc. of Eagleville, Missouri announced today the development of an internet initiative to broaden it's market share and create a centralized information clearing house designed to assist its broadening customer base. Ian McCullough, Vice President and General Manager said, "We have been planning this step for the past several weeks and feel that this is another tool to help us better serve our customers." He also went on to say, "Eventually, our customers will be able to track their equipment through this site and will include information like prospective shipping dates and costs of repair. Additionally, our customers will be able to respond to patient owned equipment quotations, ask for pick up of their equipment needing repair, and retrieve documentation on their equipment for reporting purposes."

Hand in hand with the internet site are plans for an alliance with Assurancetech, a computer networking company,  to become involved in a private network of health professionals. "With the concern of our clients on privacy concerning patient records, we feel that the information that will be provided on this site is better served in a secure network." according to McCullough. "The possibilities for direct interaction with our customers in assisting the management of their assets will be greatly enhanced with this step into technology."

McCullough went on to say, "Although e-commerce has taken a hit in public relations lately, we feel that there is a purpose to be served in our investment in this technology. "The development of the internet is something that we can ill afford to ignore. Hopefully, within the next six months, we will be able to institute some real value to the site in terms of asset management, customer service, and quality control."
