Accurate Biomed Services Inc. supports MAMES as a 2004 Corporate Sponsor! Our Second Year!

For the second consecutive year, Accurate Biomed Services Inc. has stepped up and become a corporate sponsor for the MAMES organization. This is the highest level of support that is available to Associate Members and we are proud to be able to support our association in this fashion. At the fall meeting I was privileged to be able to address a lot of our members at the President’s dinner and I stated at that time that Accurate Biomed would be a consistent supporter of our organization. We will continue to provide this level of support, not only financially, but through the various services we offer, to MAMES and the Home Medical Equipment industry.

Accurate Biomed Services Inc. moves into new facility!

In December 2003, Accurate Biomed Services Inc. moved into its new 14,000 square foot facility in Bethany, Mo. This will allow us the opportunity to further enhance our services, decrease our turn around time in the repair of your respiratory equipment, and allow us to expand our market reach into areas not presently served. The fact that we were able to take on this aggressive expansion of service to our industry is, I believe, due mainly to the response of you, our customers, to the exceptional service that we have historically provided.

WARRANTY NEWS

Accurate Biomed Services Inc. adds to its warranty repair contracts.

Effective January 1^st 2004, Accurate Biomed Services Inc. signed a contract to become the first non-company owned authorized repair center for Airsep concentrators. We are extremely proud of the accomplishment as it validates our position that Accurate Biomed Services Inc. is the premier service and repair center in the Midwest and shows the recognition for quality, customer service, and the integrity of our business practices that hundreds of HME providers experience on a week to week basis.

With the addition of this contract we now are a warranty repair center for all major manufacturers including: Respironics, Invacare, Airsep, Sunrise Medical, Oxlife, and Nidek. We are working with other manufacturers to broaden our warranty repair services and will keep you posted on the progress of this program. If there is a particular manufacturer that you would like us to solicit for warranty repairs please let us know.

This is our third newsletter to the membership of MAMES. We are sending you this newsletter in an effort to keep the membership up to date on some of the many changes we have experienced and the many additional services that we have developed over the past several months.
